Choosing to study at Richmond Academy was one of the best decisions I made on my journey to completing the ACCA qualification. My Richmond experience was truly an exceptional one. The teachers are knowledgeable, passionate and accessible whenever additional guidance and assistance is required. The curriculum for each course is always well structured and aligns with the ACCA syllabus. For me, Richmond was not just a school, it was a community and an experience. Attending classes provided me with the opportunity to meet likeminded individuals who motivate and inspire. It was without a doubt an enriching educational experience.

My name is Suzannetta Davis, and I am a proud past student of Richmond Academy. I began my journey at Level 1 and successfully completed all my courses at Richmond.
Attending Richmond Academy provided me with the incredible opportunity to network with some amazing individuals and greatly broaden my horizons, both academically and personally.
The lecturers are truly passionate about what they do. Mr. Allen, in particular, was my go-to lecturer. My ACCA journey would not have been successfully concluded if I did not enroll in Richmond Academy’s AAA class. My experience was excellent as Mr. Taffe was able to impart his vast knowledge of the syllabus in a digestible format. He showed care and always went the extra mile for all his students. He is one of the few lecturers interested in his students developing critical thinking skills which is key to becoming a valuable member of the profession.

My experience with Richmond Academy, ACCA gold approved learning provider in Jamaica, has been truly phenomenal. I successfully passed all my Foundation and Applied Knowledge (Level 1) exams on the first attempt, with scores ranging from 82 to 63. Taking Management Accounting with Mr Marlon Smith at Richmond Academy has been an enriching experience in my ACCA journey. His teaching style is clear, structured, and engaging—making complex topics like variance analysis, budgeting, and cost classification easy to understand.
He uses real-life examples that help us connect theory to practice and always
encourages questions and discussions in class. What stood out most was his genuine passion for the subject and his commitment to student success.
Mr Smith goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is keeping up, whether through
additional support, practice questions or revisiting topics until the entire class is
confident.
While many consider Management Accounting a tricky paper, thanks to his guidance, I feel more confident in my understanding and applying its principles.
